What coaching looks like
We talk one on one, once or twice a month. You bring what's real. I ask questions and listen for what's underneath.
I do three things. I shine a light on what you think and do. I point out the blind spots. And together we chip away while you form the new beliefs, thoughts and actions that will serve your ultimate purpose.
Between calls, I'm a text away. Nothing you say leaves the room. You set the pace, and you make the call on every next step.

Hi, I'm Aaron.
Back in 2004, I took a summer job selling books door to door. I quickly found out I wasn't cut out for it. So I decided to cut myself out for it. I didn't sell a ton. But I finished.
That summer taught me that who you're becoming matters more than what you're doing. I've built my life and my coaching on it since.
I'm an ACC certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. My faith shapes how I live and how I coach. I go first on everything I ask of you.
